BGbot runs into a goupe of horde and doesn't dismount to help allys

Title pretty much says it all....I have BG bot going and my toon wont dismount to heal allys or to fight back or heal himself. Sometimes he does dismount but its when he has like 25%hp left and its way too late to do anything productive. anyone have a fix for this?

if you click, "Bot Config" theres a section where you can change the range? make sure thats around 30 to 40, or less like 20ish if your melee.
and in settings and tools make sure "Kill between hotspots" is checked and your "Pull Distance" is set to around 30 or so.
