bgbot is not working

Hi, this is my first time to use HB.
i am trying bgbot but it only queued me in random bg and didn't join automatically. i clicked to join manually and my character didn't do anything at all.

The HB displays like this


but i checked the mesh folder and it is empty at all.

Someone helps please.

Yes i restart both wow and hb many times.
and i am sure i run wow in x86,d9 and hb as administrator according to the manual.

The bot joins within 7-8 seconds. That's what it already has done for me.
