BG buddy will not queue for Warlock

I have tried using all specs with my warlock and different races. BG buddy says its queueing for BG however it never queues in game... BG buddy works on all my other toons except my warlock? I was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem or has any suggestions! Thanks guys!

AFAIK you cannot queue for random bg at lvl 31, can you?
chech bot settings, check correct bg and try again.
