bg buddy stops automatic..

when Im loading my honorbuddy and pick bg buddy and press start everything is fine BUT, when it is entering a bg the program stops automatic for no reason, I push start and it is playing the bg fine doing everything right, when the bg is over it is leaving the bg and then it is stopping automatic again for no reason and then I have to push start again and it is quing up everything is fine and when the que pop it is entering and then stopping automatic agian.. that problem keeps comming for 12 bgs now and I have tried to reinstall the honorbuddy program. what is wrong?
(and yes tony I have tried to upload my log file with out help, I am a completely retard at using a pc - sorry)!

so if someone has the same problem as me and know how to upload that log file plz do it here so someone can tell me/us what the problem is.

when I am replying here I push the "go advanced" and pick the paper click icon (attrachments). a new window shows up ( http://www.thebuddyforum.com/newattachment.php?do=assetmanager&values[t]=71070&contenttypeid=1&poststarttime=1348649740&posthash=89c40ad484d3e03723d226b36be6d3f6&insertinline=1 ) that is the link to the new window that shows. then I go find my log file in the hb/logs and the the file new. then my computer says I have to drop or drag the file in the new window where there stands (Drag previously uploaded files into this area to attach them) and now the problem shows, when I do that and remove my finger from my mouse the txt file with the all details inside opens automatic in the the link and then I cant do nothing els but close the link.
 
I had this same problem. It occurred when I extracted the files into my old HB folder.
Try to create a new folder and start HB fresh. Fixed it for me.

do you mean erase and reinstall the program?

same thing. when I am trying to drop or dreag the zip file over it is opening the zipfile and want me to drop or drag the log file in the zip file over.

dont you have an e-mail I can send the log file to ?

nope.. everything is working perfect expect that after a bg it is stopping and when it is entering a bg it is stopping
 
get another cc
