Bg Buddy not working

I start the bot up and it will que for the battleground.. After it accepts the Bg que nothing else happens with the bot and I cannot get it to do anything. Please help!!

the file is missing it seems

make a new Hb installation and add an exception on your firewall for Hb

I have tried re installing it twice. How do I make an exception on my firewall for honorbuddy?

Okay here is another copy of a new log. I re installed HB .. turned off my firewall. Added the sites to antivirus. The bot does the exact same thing. ques up for the bg takes the que and than does nothing.
