BG Buddy not working?

Hey i just boosted my warrior and i got the CR called GladiatorSuiteLite for warriors and i put it on BGbuddy and when i hit start it will just stand there and not do anything. i used the hblauncher and i have the right setting on for WoW but its still not working. Any help? thanks!
