BG buddy dont work

Hey . every time i press start, to start a bg, it say empty profile. but it still go in to the first bg and play fine, but after the first bg it just stop .
Hope you can help me, because i use it to level my DK but now i have to be sitting watch it play.

dont load profiles on Bgbuddy,Hb will load the profiles it needs
