[BETA]OrderBotTag for Fates

This Orderbot Tag allows you to inlcude fates in your orders.
By using
<Fate MaxLevel="35" MinLevel="26" Timeout="600"/>
in your Orders. Currently I only implemented a Timeout as stopping criteria but others are also possible.

So in theory this is something we could impliment into the 1-50 grind profile. Making a much more optimized and realiable version of patrol?
