Its not in the live releases and it entered the beta releases on December 14. It only affects new users of the beta - existing users are not prompted to get an update.

The downloads have been pulled. We are urgently checking how this happened and will post back. Well done Bugser for reporting this.

I assume yes, but even then a virus could have been coded to target them, once active to then infect HB itself.
