Beta .741 Stuck in Town

In A2, when spawning in or respawning from death the bot can't make it's way to the waypoint but gets stuck on the Archway.

This is exact same problem we were having with 739, honestly I'd suggest just not botting act 2 or city of Sarn. Act 3 seems to work better.
 
Please take a screenshot to show me where it got stuck. This issue should have just fixed in a previous version.

The only way I know of right now that the bot can get stuck, is if you stop the bot when it needs to take a portal, switch areas, and then start it again in a new area. Did anything like that happen?

Also the same problem, but with " The Sarn Encampment".

Which area are you botting to, and what resolution are you in? I'm starting to bot right now in various places in Act 3 town, and it's not doing that. I've not heard of many people getting stuck in Act 3 either though.
 
Confirmed, bot gets stuck in archway in Forest Encampment, not every time, but a lot of times. Same town at random times selects the wrong npc when vendoring (Helena), and wrong dialogue still open. Let's just use Gruest as vendor imo ;p

Pretty sure he meant Forest encampment, not sarn encampment. Bot returns to forest encampment when botting "city of sarn"

Vendor selection is random to make it look less bot like.

What do you mean the wrong dialog opens? I've not seen any issues where the sell menu wasn't opened. If you see any new bugs or things that don't work as expected, please post a full log.
 
I'll try and catch it next time. Usually idles endlessly. The dialogue I meant was because it selected the npc (which is VERY close) that does not have a vendor/sell option. Didn't mean to get off topic here. The post is about the archway stucks ;p
 
Try using regular windowed mode so the game isn't full screen. I've been testing using windowed mode only, so it's possible some things might work differently, and we need to adjust the API.

In terms of Act 2 stuck issues, I'm now at 22 runs farming Sins 2, and not a single issue. I've watched it handle the portals and vendors fine. The archway stuck issue should have been fixed, so if you updated the bot, try downloading a new clean copy to see if the issue was from the updater messing up.
