Best Witch Doctor + Profile for paragon leveling?

Hi there,

What would be the best witch doctor build and profile for quickly leveling up a witch doctor to paragon 100? I'd like to get items too, but it's secondary. I am mainly concerned with getting her to 100. She has decent gear - around 155k dps unbuffed, 50k life, 650 all resists, and 3500 armor.

What does it do?

It optimizes a zillion things and corrects timings and other problems, you can do 0 dog mp10 too.

But it doesnt handle firebats-cloud of bats not quite well. SPams locust swarm and then doesnt seem to check the DoT Damage and cancels cloud of bats. It burns mana in no time with a skorn!

The build I used was acid cloud/zombie bears build on Mp4. It didn't take too long - was getting 70 million xp per run. Just one level left to go.

It's too bad we can't use the firebats build. Would have been neat. At least I got him to paragon 99 and eventually 100.
