Best way to PL new bot

Gets guys I have been reading about different ways to level a new bot and was wondering what was the quickest and easiest way?

Boost yourself in Normal Act 3 MP10, Nightmare Act 3 MP10 and Hell Act 3 MP10.

Is there a way to just have him follow me?

It really only took ~4:15 minutes, I spent quite a bit of time in game transferring items between accounts preparing to level
I can also power level your characters on US server only for 60M.

Quest:7.3 - Kill Azmodan
Death handling --> Ignore
Monster Power : 10

Requirements
Two Accounts
Power leveler - Must be well geared to handle Monster Power 10 on Hell
Character that needs to be leveled
The Character that needs to be leveled will be played by hand, while your bot handles the Power Leveler.
You are required to follow the Bot to gain your levels.
