Best way to make gold?

I'm currently leveling a hunter with the questing bots, but I want to know when I hit 85 (haven't bought MOP yet) what is the best way to make gold? Is gathering/mining the best? If so what areas? Thanks!
 
Back in Cataclysm I made about 20-30k/day with Herbing/Mining.
So I guess that is the best way.
 
I would recommend JC Shuffle. It depends on what server you're on though. If you're on a low PvE server the 160+ Gems could sell for over 200g. But in my case... They are worth 20g because of RETARDED botters who decrease the price by 100% atleast. If I shuffle with the ore I farmed I make about 5-7k a day because of the fucked up prices but on PvE servers i mentioned before you can earn about 50k. But because the Ghost Iron Ore prices are also fucked up I can get 20k for everything I farmed that night.

Flip MoP/Cata Greens, MoP/Cata Blue's/ Transmog, Rare Recipes, Plans, Formula's etc
 
I get greens all the time from cata and mop. How do you flip them? i usually just sell them to a vendor because on the ah only about 35% sell.

Example: Yesterday I got the MoP Sandals, not sure what the exact name is, for 100g. Flipped it for 5k within a few hours.
Basicly every retardedly low Blue/Transmog that is under 100g you should buy and resell. I don't know the exact prices for every transmog and blue but google is there for you.

You could use TSM and get a snatchlist from google so you'll get an alert everytime an item is under 100g

Could you explain that to me, please? :/ I'm struggling to make gold. Started playing MoP 2 weeks ago. Selling some leftovers from cata that's in my gbank. I have made less than 20k gold for the 2 weeks i've been playing. I'm playing on a medium pop PvE server and it takes a long time to sell something. I always put up transmog gear, cata/MoP greens, etc.. but no one has bought ANY so far. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. :)
 
I'm also struggling with making gold, but thats because I don't have a proper server to make gold on..
If you have a good PvE server you could do a JC and/or Glyph shuffle. For the JC shuffle I use Enchanting, Jewelcrafting, Mining and Alchemy, I don't use Alchemy though since the GOlden Lotus prices are retarded here. Always check the TSM alert for blue's and green's that you can undercut.

Plans, Recipe's, Formulas and Transmog always take a while to sell. As I mentioned before, I picked up Plans: Felsteel Reaper for 300g and selling it for 17k atm.
It's been up for a week now, but once it gets sold. I will have 17k gold.
Total value of my auctions are 85k+. Most of them are transmog so thats a pity.
 
Oh, I'm a long way from any of the shuffles. I got all of those professions, but at 525. I have only got one lvl 90 character. :/ Do you know of any spreadsheets that can show me how much profit i'll be making?

Wow. what server is this on? On mine, that stuff just does NOT sell, even at 'retardedly low' prices.
