Here is what i do:

1-12 Queen Farming
12-25 Bring a level 60 char and bot it while i manually follow at skycrown battlements
25-50 nightmare core-fos also follow level 60 char
50-60 hell core-fos same follow level 60 char

all on mp10. remember to keep all ur vit eq for your next char so you dont need to spend time buying again
