best way, Rep with Alliance factions?

Hello! as the title says, what's the best way to bot rep with alliance factions (ironforge, gnomeregan, stormwind etc.)

As far as I know, going dungeons with the faction's tabard

instancebuddy is so darn buggy so that's not really an option.. unfortunately.. :/

edit: cant I get like beginner questing profiles to work? I mean, like.. level 1-30 profiles to gain rep through quests? or maybe that wont be enough to exalted..?

so is it possible to use a 1-60 profile on my lvl 85? :s

Yes and No
You need to edit the profile's level checks but even then it would be immensely buggy because you may have done some of the quests already and some may not even be available to you
