so im wondering what i should to on the day of launch. im not worried about lag. what im worried about is price for mats, im looking for a server that will have highly overpriced stacks like 1000g per 20 ore like on mop launch, would my best bet be a low/high pop server? also i plan on selling the toon once maxed so im looking for a server that wont be a frenzy so maybe a low/med pop? but will this have a huge impact on the mats?

I highly doubt anyone will want to personally recommend a Realm on a botting forum.
Instead go to TUJ or wowuction and compare Realm prices for what you want to specialise in. It's a little bit silly if you ask me, as demand for current tier mats is always crazy at launch. However your best bet is always a high pop realm in your region. Also bear in mind that Blizzard have merged some Auction Houses (don't quote me on that) for smaller realms, I guess in an effort to alleviate what you've experienced.
But yeah, expect highly overpriced stacks on launch day -I expect to be posting them myself!
