Best seal for leveling? Righteousness/Vengence/Command? (70+ Pally)

Was just wondering , Seals of the pure talent increases damage of them all except Command but command has a sweet glyph + hits 2 targets.

i'd use seal of life just for the extra gaurtenee you won't die but HB uses command so ';
