Best Sarkoth run times with a Sata HDD?

If I get a new ssd do I have to reinstall Diablo on it? Or can I just move it?

...Why do people limit their fps to 3 and then say "I have 500% GF, but only 200 GPH"? I'm getting 7/8 - 15/16 runs on a SATA/Asus G74sx laptop making between 750-800k GPH.

5. Get 10% ms max
6. Get crit chance (optional)
