Best Realm To Bot and Sell Gold EU

I am thinking about getting new acc just for farming ores/herbs and selling my gold.

Which server and faction do you think is the best for it?
 
Actually I was wondering if I should choose a low populated or a high populated server.

Because I will sell ores and herbs(I wont shuffle) so I need a big demand on ores and herbs, which is not very usual in low pop servers.

But high pop servers might increase the chances I got reported, so I need someone to explain how to choose the server
 
I have been on a mid pop and high pop (Outland, Highest Pop)... I find sometimes find that selling goods on a mid pop realm is better than a high pop

and you really expect someone to tell you thruthfully his secrets just so you can come in wedge yourself into the market and probably make him loose profits ?
