best profiles from 1-60 help with guide?

I have each class at 60 on US server but did them when D3 came out.
I want to use demon buddy to bot 1-60 on each class on EU but I dont know what profiles are best to do this now.

Can someone help me with a guide which level for each profile ect... and what profiles to use please.

Full questing is good, but if you want to lvl to 60 fast just pay someone to power level you on MP 10 and do act 3 runs for a couple hours. Took me 2.5 hours to get to 60 with ruby in helm.
