Best profile for farm Xp and Items!

Can anyone tell me now what is the best profile for Farm XP and items?
What this worth your while to do more ..
I've looked around the site but I am in doubt.

Can someone help me by posting a link or giving alguam Tip?

My favorite are Royal Audience Runs (act 2)

And if you can do it Torment Ghom runs (act 3)

Those 2 for exp... Ghom works pretty well for Items as well, Everytime you kill him you get 3-4 rares with the chance of legendaries
