Best place for Snorlax and Chansey

Okey so the steps are like this:

1) Goto coordinates where the pokemon is where you want to catch it.
2) Start encounter on it
3) Spoof back where you have been before where were not softbanned
4) anc catch the pokemon

did i understood it right ?

For me, yes.
What I'm doing is:

1, farm pokestops in central park
2, find location on any site
3, move over to location
4, start encounter
5, move back to central park
6, capture pokemon
7, continue farming pokestops

this prevents softlocking for me, not cure it, i am using bluestacks at the moment untill bot comes back up.

My only concern is when the pokemon is not even there... things are getting complicated.. we cannot start the encounter to come back to our location... then we get soft banned...

get a good source, can say for sure about 50% of the things of pokespawns is outdated, using pokemongocrawler myself, its paid and far from perfect but works for me

Can also confirm this works for Nox users as well. Just don't forget to put your gps back to the original spot right after you encounter the Pokémon, otherwise you will get 'soft banned' i.e.: all Pokémon flee instantly and you cannot loot Pokéstops anymore.
If you, like me, end up soft banned, you can remove this by using (click-swipe-leave-click-etc..) a stop for 40-50 times and once you loot items, the ban is gone and you can go back to gameplay
