Best place for Leveling

where is your best place for leveling?
and what setting you use? (for example pokestops with catching pokemons or only pokestops ..)

For rare pokemons just wait till you're level 30 before you hunt for them. For just farming levels, i'd recommend the bottom part of Central park.
