What's the best parsing CR? I don't care what class. With a new expansion on the horizon I want to be number 1 constantly.

Tad bit early to tell, the expansion isn't even here yet, and the CR's are still being updated.

any insight on this? I was planning on leveling another toon. Looking for the best parsing CR honorbuddy has to offer. Any class.
