Best Mage CR

my main is a mage and i play in a ranked 112 us with plenty of top US.EU rankings for dps with a decent amount of top 5's and 1st's.

i find mages are extreemly tricky to make a good CR because they are very RNG. like fire. when im raiding say heroic leishen i can get a solid burst of 800k dps on pull and sustain 600k dps for a good 45 sec. but on some pulls im bursting 300k holding 200k because my procs didnt line up right with my trinkets. because of the extreeme rng based priority for mages the best CR you will find will only be able to do like 60% your optimal dps based on gear. maybe 70% if your lucky.

frost may be the best bet to bot with since it has a little less rng. spam frost bolts til procs>frostbolt filler and use cd's on cd. not much more
