Best low level Healbot

I have used Gotwood And Gotwood raid heals, as well as mord's pally cc. They are all awesome, however i was wondering which (if any of the above) would be best for the say 50-70 range. My goal is to run some instances (in outland and maybe a few in NR) to keep up to speed with gear. Me controlin the tank with the healbot on RAF (i would like one that heals and maybe casts some dot or dd nuke for dps) but ive noticed with mords the following pally tends to think its the main dps in group (even with dps settings off) i like gotwood but all the posts say it supports lvl 80 char's only and im not sure the coding required to change it to check for learned spells rather then trying to cast the high end ones. I MUST say mords config form blew my mind.

edited myself i have tried many of the available cc's and like them all im more asking for oppinions of those who may have tried them under different levels and their experiences. the healbot cc's i used were on lvl 80s (and now ive tried mords' pally cc on 20-30) heals fine there but im scared it will be to gung-ho if i take it into instances

i also use hb1 (i will wait till hb2 is more stable before switching over)
