Ok since 6 of my bots got banned, running all on main OS, I plan on using VMWare to prevent bans because I think they are targeting multiboxers specifically. When you think about it blizz see 6 instances of d3 running Sark simultaneously from the same HWID, which is virtually impossible to happen unless you bot.
Anyhow, to all users who run/ran bots on separate virtual machines - which version of windows for the GUEST machine you think would be the best for botting. I was thinking about win7 home edition (or pro) as it comes with less bloatware and will have less active processes to eat up memory/cpu usage. I am even considering WinXP SP3 as quite a few people use it for botting, however I do not know how that older OS will handle DB/D3 client. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Go for XP if you want to run many separate VMs. It takes up 1/4th resources when compared to Windows 7.

I tried windows 7 Ultimate edition, instaled 2 instances and a third bot on my main. I must say OMG, i couldnt even bot! It was mega LAGGY and like very low fps my CPu was at 100% on all 4 cores (Amd Zambezi 4.5Ghz/core)..... i just bought another 8gb of ram so il have 16 in total and try then again.

Tought it may have been the *** i used also, the server i connected was in Zurich, that may slow down the botting and make it run like freezinng every 2 seconds?... Not sure... right now i am a looking for a free *** service with servers in my country and that allows multiple accounts to be ran with the same license, but cant find one :(. Its harsh if i have to pay like 10$ for each *** account...

I am reinstalling everything with Windows Xp Profesional SP3 Clean edition (no Bs installed). But i have a question when i instal in VMWARE, i need to select my procesor, right now i have a AMD Zambezi 1CPu -4 cores. Do i select that at CPU or should i limit it to 2 or 1 core so it doesnt eat up all the CPU... Not sure :-J can anyone give me an advice please? Thank you
