Best farm profile

hi guys what is the best farm profile? Sarkhot?

best for what? sarks dead, been dead gametime + high risk = not so much worth it. At least for a general answer you will get. Act1 elites less risk, good items (sell for gold) and 50k-100k GPH there is no "Best farm profile" there is however profiles that work well for what they are intended.
