Best excuse to not turn up to a raid?

Dunno about you but every attempt to get HB working in flex, norm, heroic, just outright didnt work...
You could just say your niece has been rushed off to hospital..... or your grandma's on her last breath... anything diabolical really tbh

i tell them that my HB is currently down
since when do i need a justification/explanation for not playing a game?
the only thing i'll do is to cancel my signup for the day/evening, the raidlead has to handle it, not me

3rd: Im also in a serious Raid guild that makes Progress, AND they know im playing with HB, BUT they also know i can play my class with hand, and cause of that....no excusions needed, only L2P and bring the skill.....

Unfortunately I'm in one of them serious raiding guilds and I'm part of the main team, they get a bit pissy when you don't turn up they're kinda idiots but they progress so yeh
Sorry to tell you, but all the "serious raiding guilds" are already long done with progressing and the only reason to keep playing the game is to make some money on the side with selling Lootruns / Challenge Mode and PvP related ranks & achievements.
In my case it's quite easy, all of our 10 and 25 man team bots so we chill, play some arena manually or some other games and wait until the devs had a look at the tripwire.
If you are in a guild where you need to hide that you bot and look for excuses to not play you are doing it wrong buddy.
Celebrate being a Honorbuddy, give a flying fk about everyone else who doesn't approve the way you want to play the game
So if your thirsty you need to L2Pss..... dude thats sick... dont spout your yellow drinking water around here come on now...
Rdruid isn't a class I really wanna learn I just use it for the raid then I log off, my main is a frost mage which I don't use HB to play with and do very well with it.

Do you want to hear something new? You all suck if you can't even arena/raid without cr's. You can lie to yourself as much as you want and pretend that you can actually do something but you are plain terrible in this game if you can't even raid/arena without hb. I can understand if you farm or level or stuff with hb but what you are doing is the perfect definition of noobness.

The only reason i play this game is because i can bot it, if the bot wouldnt be around i wouldnt
be here, and that does not mean i suck, ive raided all hardcore untill cata( without bot ) - it just means this game
is so fckign boring that its not even worth playing by hand so we found another sport, botting.
Ill have to agree with webhond here. Having played since vanilla, this game has become a taxing button masher. I still like certain aspects of the game so thats why I play but I do not agree with where the game has gone and I have high hopes for WOD because they are removing a lot of abilities and spells. Game play should be focused on using the right few abilities at the right time and actually enjoying the fight themselves. Not who has the best computer and/or fastest connection who can mash the millions of buttons the best while missing most of the encounter trying to tunnel vision so you have the best dps in order to not get kicked out of the raid and replaced. After I started botting recently I started to actually enjoy the game more and enjoy the fights. Go figure.
