Best class to solo Tannan and other stuff right now??

Hunter Warlock Druid are the best at the moment. I think.

Agreed. Great survivability on all of them when equally geared, but BM Hunters can handle things a bit better than the other two classes when their gear scores are only in the low 600s. After 640ish they all do well.
 
Any class really as long as it's not in greens.
 
I've had lots of success with my blood DK. I set pull more to 12 and 45 yards. He can't die.
 
For Hunter I think a tank style pet like Bear or turtle is the best, and for warlock void walker IMO.

This I still 100% disagree with. I gave up on my Feral Druid because he couldn't out-heal the dps. Blood DK can go from 30% - 100% with a good Death Strike. Almost all of his attacks heal. Druid has... Rejuv and Healing touch...

Not sure what your on about mate. I havent had an issue with feral solo in tanaaan. I went into tanaan with green feral using singular, after one day 4 pieces of baleful. What profile did you use to hit tanaan?
