Best class to farm with?

Was wondering what the best class/macros is for the best farming and the least dieing.

The best farmers in my opinion would either be Paladin or Druid. Paladin = 20% speed boost, Druid = fly form.

I like my DK's, easy to level up via blood tanking (for HB or GB-gather leveling), they start at 58 and they also have 20% flying speed boost.. not to mention they're tanks..

tauren paladin if u wanna farm herbs +% mount and u pick a flower in 0.5 sec
