My personal "favorite" - Pet Doctor
Cons:
- Needs "Some" gear. Tasker and Theo Gloves, 40%+ pet attack speed and Mask of Jeram head for 75%+ pet dmg.
- Squishy without unity/gear. Unity combo does wonders and theres an item to transfer damage to dogs too
- Not very high charter DPS. Well, pets do most of the work
- High CD "heavy hitters" as in skills.
Pros:
- 200k / sec self-heal. Yup. Needs gear tho. Leeching beasts doggie rune. One dog hits, all Life-on-hit for you... Six dogs... Get Life-on-hit, lots of it. The load from paragon gets you started niiiice.
- VERY large DPS area. You have LOTS of pets, 6 dogs, garga, 15 fetishes after a while. Those things run around, tanking for you and hitting the mobs you aint.
- Error-frienly. Sometimes profiles mess up, bot lags, etc... Pets keep on bashing and your DPS hardly gets hit if something is messed up
- Best item-for-botters. "thing of the deep" an off-hand mojo with a TWENTY yd gold pickup range. Also picks up hp-orbs so your bot stays alive better. Quite common drop too btw
- easy to skill-setup. Wanna have heavy-hitters on your hotbar, can do. Wanna have many fast cd skills, also viable. Anything goes, still works. Pretty pre-set passives tho.
- Easy to start with. Even with no gear is VERY survivable and fast farmer, you dont need ANY specifig gear to get started but it does help ALOT
My setup, stuff you "need" - All the passives that add more dogs. That takes 3 slots. Next is "fetish sycho-whatevers" - 15 of these guys critting 3mil each... Primary is frogs with "rain of toads" rune, IMPORTANT! Very high "proc-rate" for fetishes and decent AOE damage too. 1 slot ofc go to Gargantuan with the cleave-attack, its better then poison aoe, tested. 1 more for dogs with "leeching beasts rune" thats basicly 99% of your hp-income.
That leaves second mouse button and 2 slots to pick whatever you want. Many roll with Voodoo and Fetish army, those hit a ton against elites. I roll with piranado and Grasp of dead/rain of corpses for more overall dps and Locusts with fire-rune for more dmg. Locusts are a bit mana-expensive but do tons of dmg and hit LOT of enemies.
