I see a lot of other classes have many different CCs to choose from for raiding, like TuanHADK or Superbad and so on. Is there a recommended CC for locks and a particular spec? Looks from posts like Demo is best, but wanted to see what others are experiencing.

If you look at reports from Spec Score 25H - DPS Bot - RaidBots - Web Tools for WoW Nerds you'll see that Affliction is top DPS for raiding. As far as CRs are concerned, there are a few to choose from. Those are Fpsware AIO, CLU, Singular, FightThisWay, and PureRotation that I can remember off the top of my head. The best one for raiding will more than likely be PureRotation, which was coded and made specifically for raiding. I hope that helps out.
As for heroic dungeons, or dungeon farming, I'm still working on that myself. I can't figure out if Demonology is better, or Destruction is better. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that Destruction lock CRs are having issues with the embers and such, which makes them less viable for dungeons or anything else. The CRs work best with Demonology and Affliction at present, so I would just use Affliction for raiding and Demonology for dungeons. You can more than likely use the same CR for both.
