Best CC for rogue leveling? Help

The title says it all but here it comes anyway

I want to level up a rogue, but havn't played rogue since vanilla. What is the best cc for leveling a rogue? What is the current specialization for leveling?
I hope you can give me a quick answer and a link to the best CC for rogue

I dont really have much faith in singular - Only got problems with it (except monks)

I'd still recommend you use Singular for levelling, you could allways report the issues you encounter in Bobby32's big Singular-thread to help him improve it further!
