to answer your question, yes you can buy as much as you want in store they really don't care. 2 weeks ago same deal i bought like 6 copies they really don't care, remember its retail its just money to them.

They ship them 1 at a time lol. They will all get there the same day though (from my experience). So your mailman will have 10 packages to deliver haha.

you can play in all continents with any D3, but you can only use the RMAH in the region where you live (if you live in EU you can only use EU, you can try to register you b.net account in US, with fake address, but first RMAH transaction will get your account locked/banned)
