I haven't compared them lately, but it seems that mystic ally runs smoother atleast. But im only at grift58 atm. since I don't have unity
 
Mine runs really well without it. I don't have shelong's fists either one so I'm using a 2-h. [Adventurer] Rifts Completed = 19 On 50 so far with ~5 min to spare on each.
 
I farm 62s back to back for xp. Only takes 7-10 minutes depending on the elites really
 
This is what I want to get to. But, I don't have a second units yet or the shelong fists. >.>
 
I have everything except the ring of royal grandeur to try this build out.. that ring is very hard to get any idea how to get it faster lol

Not getting more than 1.7 mil DPS and Im almost fully Ancient with 500+ Paragon
 
Same setup im using, im missing the neck but have unity, as far as i know you are not doing it wrong, just get a couple unitys and you are ready to farm higher GR and get more paragon levels and better items (just realized you have almost no ancients, that is a dps and toughness loss)

So finaly, which build will be very good for botting with monk ???

While on ladder, I can see that wiz can go up to GR88 solo, but to be honest with you, my Monk is botting higher GR than my Wiz with this particular build. I was farming GR69 and clearing GR72 more than 80% of the time with this Ally/Monk build. While my wiz with almost full ancient but no augmented gear and 600 lower paragon level than my monk.

I am going to Augment my wiz gear plus get her to higher paragon and then try out pushing higher GRs
