Best Botchar?

It depends.
DH for my guess is the worst because its too squishy.
Crusaders dmg is very rough in terms of gearing , very similar to barb. HOWEVER - if you could build thorn dmg crusader its OP.
Wizards are nice.
Barbs are nice - they need some gear tho , however after u gear them they are beasts. Right now my barb is missing a lot of good items , and I crit for 40mil rough. I do t5 ghom in 10-13 sec.
Monks are decent too.
WD is bad idea I guess , his playstyle is too situational. Unless u get full zuni & build pet dmg its hard to bot with WD.

A pretty good simple summary IMO, but of course it is subjective and I'm sure people will disagree.

Here's my opinion:

DH - I personally think they are also squishy but others love using them and with the right gear can be pretty good
Crusader - very gear dependent, not really good for your 1st bot IMO.
Wizards - good
Barbs - good
Monks - never tried them so I don't know
WD - I main this char and I agree that for general botting it's not that good unless you are geared, however it's great for bosses, especially the popular 3 musketeers, I down T6 ghom in 15< seconds and I only recently started botting him, it took me about 2 days to get him to do T5 and 3-4 days to do T6. Maybe I was lucky but WD is the best for boss profiles.

A bit sad my char is DH. If only I had known better... T_T
 
They all work, several here seem to say WD is the worst but IMO WD is as good as anything or better. As long as you have "Mask of Jeram" and "Tasker and Theo" you have a great basis to work on. Just combine with a Garg, Hounds and Fetish Sycopaths in a nuke build and bot will work great. IMO WD is especially good for botting in higher difficulties because the pets reduce the need to kite and kill annoying types of mobs that other characters would struggle with.

And if you happen to get a Starmetal Kukri, even better. Then Fetishes will straight out facerape everything you can think of and bot will use CD's on every pack it encounters to easily wipe out even T4-T5 ones.

WD's really haven't been very situational in a very long time.
