best bot for raiding and lfr

as i see a few bots out there what would you say is the best one to use i know i could try them all and see but i thought i would ask
 
Performance wise, LazyRaider and Tyrael are the same. I personally use Tyrael; Not because it's better but just because it works well with my setup and I enjoy its interface.
 
ok one more thing to ask dus that run the raid for you or do you have do it do on your own as in knows all the macanics i dont really understand what they do for you i know they do your dps for you but i want to know if they do all the over stuff thats needed in a raid

No, you still have to move. It's not auto pilot.

Would you really want a bot to do something in a raid environment, potentially unreliably, that you could do perfectly?
 
no i wouldnt but i have been a hb user for a very long time now and i havent really used it for anything but bg so i thought i would try out some new things to see what this bot can really do :)
 
RaidBot works for the majority. LazyRaider is nice with follow tank and target feature, but even better with the IWantMovement plugin.
 
DungeonBuddy with the default raid profiles worked fine. It handles movement and everything, occasionally it would chuck a shit though and spin in circles or get stuck somewhere so while you don't need to actively play/move you do have to keep an eye on it. I can't seem to get the profiles to work though now, it just gets in the instance then I get spammed with a red error message in HB about not having a profile or something.
 
yea i tryed dungeonbuddy and its not that good and what dus tyreal do then if it dont do nothing i dont really understand what its there for is it just an empty bot base or could you explain what the purpose of it is

I've never used Tyrael. People seem to just say all it does it DPS which is sorta pointless, may as well play the game yourself if you still have to handle all the movement.

Incorrect.

Tyrael allows you to run a raiding routine. That routine is specifically designed and maintained to get optimal DPS on your character. VERY few players actually keep up with the DPS which a good routine with Tyrael can do. Tyrael allows you to get rid of the hassle of maintaining your DPS at optimal rate, while you can focus on everything else around you on the screen.

I can't speak for most people but the reason I bot is so I can get all the boring stuff (alt lfr, bgs or whatever) done while I watch a movie or live stream or something. Tyraels seems like it is completely useless as I don't need a program to press my buttons for me while I play.

And thats fine by itself. Don't use it if you don't want to. There are many players who want to use it, and many who dont.

Tyrael with a good custom class is pretty much an autowin button. Who doesn't want an autowin button?
 
Im using DungeonBuddy as Restro Druid in LFR and it works fine for me, i am always under the best 3 Heals. So I can go LFR and can work on my plugins in the same time ;)
