Best alternative to Sarkoth ?

I've been thinking about alternatives for Sarkoth ever since gold started dropping so much in price. The thing i like about Sarkoth is that im able to find decent gear (that I can sell on RMAH) and still find gold to spend on gear for myself. Right now my gear kinda sux if I were to farm something further along in Act 1 Inferno (Not enough DPS or survival) but I guess that could be fixed rather easily.. So my question is.. Has anyone found some good alternatives for Sarkoth ? Perhaps with more focus on items and little less focus on gold ?

Nothing, people are too lazy to develop good MF alternatives (like an inferno butcher profile or inferno Azmodan) just because sarkoth works.

(and coz the bot still has issues with dungeons)

Farm NM Core then Sarkoth. But only Barbs are good in NM Core because of Perma-Sprint.

Well gold dropping in price has to me one alternative meaning. Buy cheap all res gear with good stats and sell via RMAH = profit for alot less gold spent and money made compared to gold:$ ratios

It's not JUST that. There's pretty good spots for farming manual, but the bot has a lot of trouble.
I tried making a profile for another good spot, but the even though I can clear said spot in seconds, the bot can't (even on my main, with 200m worth of gear).

The beauty of Sarkoth is that it's easy enough for a botting character in so-so gear.

Pretty sure kick finished a profile for every static part in the entire game. The only thing he is missing is random dungeon which should hopefully be "soon" last I read they were waiting for APOC to get back from holiday and that he had a fairly good working proof of concept for random dungeon exploration.

Its not that we are too lazy... i made a butcher inferno profile... BUT the bot doesn't have bosses scripted... and explore dg isn't supported yet... so we CAN'T make one...

what about a shop profile? it would only get blues and im not sure what rolls are possible from shop but might be an idea

Have you considered stacking magic find instead of gold find? I'm considering it, but I have no idea of how to calculate how much gold/h I can get with a high magic find stat. One of the biggest problems that I see is that you can't post more than 10 auctions at the same time, so I think I would accumulate too many items.

To be exact I have 270% gf and 180% mf...
I dont feel like im finding too many items.. Perhaps the change in droprates will help this but im positive a butcher profile would do alot better without mf.. Simply because of NV buff..
Anyway I know its not posible as of now but Im looking forward to the day we can do it

Well, i bought a set with 187% MF and 277 GF yesterday and my rares drop rate is like 3 times before, with the new drop rate, i alrdy got 4 rares ilvl63 today, can't see the time to leave work to see what i get heheh. I'm liking this... making the same GPH and getting extra itens that i can sell on RMAH.

Not to mention, that a route including 5x NV and stuff would probably make us safer via metrics. Once random dungeons are in I will switch to something like that.
