Besides Raf best way to hand level?

Not here to argue state of botting.

I am hand leveling toons and its taking forever, lol. I botted since I work full time and do not have time for this and now playing catch up.
Besides RAF, which I may end up doing anyway as I need a few classes. What is best way to level 1-60? Is it dungeon ques once you get High enough level or is questing way to go?
I know dungeons, now that toon is 44, Is like two a level and repetition of these dungeons (IE dire maul is killer lol)

And yes i know boosting toons is faster, but after my legion key I do not plan on spending anymore money on game, I intend to only buy gametime with gold.

The best AFK method is with leeching from a botting toon, which farms you dungeons, if you are connected with RAF to it, or to other toon in the party.

This could effectively start from level 10, once you are allowed to enter Deadmines for Ally or RFC for Horde.
