Second this. I believe this is because he trys to dodge aaaaalll the spells. And belial uses a lot of spells. So he never attacks.

i don't had this problem....maybe try to dont dodge spells and AoE it may be the tricks

Same here. My character is not attacking Belial in the second phase.

I have disabled the avoidance settings in trinity (Combat -> Misc -> Avoidance Settings -> Path Around AoE, Attempt to avoid AoE), but this didn't fix the issue. My charater is just standing around, until it is killed.

Same issue here, bot does not attack Belias at all.

Still testing if avoidance adjustment help, at least default does not work for me.
