Belial bounty problem

When you reach the last phase of the battle against Belial, my characters are dodging their areas and do not attack and eventually die. the worst is that both my DM and my crusader kill him in 5 seconds, but do not attack him, some settings to fix this? Thank you

Same issue here (helltooth gargantua - angry chicken)... Btw, more than 1 month and no solution?!
