First off, make sure you have the latest version of demonbuddy - build 287 - . Can be found here
Home
Extract that to any location on your computer. Let's say you named the folder in which you extracted the files "Demonbuddy" .
Next step is to download this:

In this archive you will find 2 folders MACOSX and "Plugins" . Extract the Plugins folder in the Demonbuddy folder. So now you have Demonbuddy folder with a new folder inside called Plugins.
Next, download this:

Inside this archive you will find a folder called BreakTaker. Extract this into the Plugins folder.
Next, download this:

Extract the contents into the Plugins folder also.
Next, download this:

Extract the contents into the Routines folder, found in your Demonbuddy folder.
Last plugin to download:
https://github.com/Acronic/Plugin/zipball/master . Open the archive and inside it you will find a folder called Acronic-something, open that folder and inside it you will find another folder called RadsAtom. Extract RadsAtom folder into your Plugins folder.
Very important, each plugin that is found in your Plugins folder has to have the same name as the file it contains. For example, the unstucker plugin is a cs file called "Unstucker.cs" . It has to be in a folder called Unstucker.
So basically, the 4 plugins which you extracted into your Demonbuddy\Plugins folder have to be named as follows: BreakTaker, Unstucker, RadsAtom, GilesTrinity .

By now you are done with plugins, only need to download a farming profile.
Most of the people use the Act3 Champion farming profile. You can download it from:

In this archive you will find a folder, open that folder and you will find another folder called [A3 - Inferno]Champion-Hunting 1.3.6.3 BigRed.
As i understood, you can extract this folder anywhere, i extracted mine in the Plugins folder of demonbuddy, even tho it's not a plugin, nor is it necessary.

Open Demonbuddy application, go to the Plugins tab and check all the 4 boxes there. Then go to the main tab, click on Load, browse for the location of the folder mentioned above [A3 - Inferno]Champion-Hunting 1.3.6.3 BigRed, select the file that contains START_HERE . Then click on start. You will be prompted to select a combat routine: select Giles.
