Here's the thing. I have 2 accounts and I run bots on both of them(one of them is linked to my paypal and I have sold stuff on the RMAH).

But now I have too much gold and I don't want to lose it, so my question is, can I buy a new account and transfer all my gold & items to it without being banned on account#3(because let's face it account#1 & account#2 are flagged) ?

I also want to link my paypal to account#3 and continue to use the RMAH.

Thanks in advance.

PS - I will never bot on account#3

Sure you can, no problem. You can also link PayPal and use RMAH.

Thank you for the answer, but it would be great if more people could confirm this.

Thanks.

Whenever you trade with your bot account, there is always a risk of being banned. However it is very, very, very small. 99.99% of the time you will be fine.

They almost never ban mules. And for the mules that have been banned, we can never be sure if they were never botted on.

Wrong. If DB never attaches to D3, they have no basis for banning you. My mule is still fine from 12/18 and I used him to trade with every bot that got banned.

That being said, I would quit out of DB when you go to trade with your mule so it isn't even running on your pc during the time of the trade.

Yeah you can use your third account as a mule. in fact all players and community bot friends have been using that method during long time... only a few number of this people lost their accounts. If i remember right, i only saw 2 people saying "" My mule account got the banhammer"

and they probably "flagged" their acc using bot once or twice :) so it wasnt a 100% mule acc. so you SHOULD be fine.

I dont think, because if all accounts in contact with bot accounts are canceled, blizzard could have more problems than profits because if you don't do anything for break their conditions and you are banned, These acts could be illegitimates and could have legal consequences from the users.
This all are my conjectures. Nothing is secure i'm only expressing my opinion.

So you say I'm wrong and that if DB never attaches to D3, they have no basis for banning you.

Yet in the next sentence you say That being said, I would quit out of DB when you go to trade, etc...

Yet it isnt attached to the D3 your mule is on.

Makes sense.....

And no I am not wrong. There have been mule bannings. Search it

Like I said, my mule from pre-12/18 traded with over 10 of my bots that were all banned. I took precautions to make sure it was a safe account. The Warden can analyze what programs are running on your pc during any occurrence of D3 - therefore, no DB during trading with a mule means there is no record of an unauthorized program running while that account is on the battle.net servers. Pausing your bot to bring in a mule can be as devastating to the mule as it can to the bot.

In the message I wrote before, I did state that if it isn't attached there is no basis for banning - I misspoke (mistyped) and it is incorrect.

Warden can't detect DB. If it could we would all of been banned by now.

We all said that pre-12/18, too :P

Then again maybe they do see it and realize 1/2 the "people" playing the game are botting...

Let's say a major sport like soccer was "D3" on a global scale (it is except in US because we're turds). If the people organizing everything found out that 1/2 the teams were cheating (steroids or something, w/e) and banned their city/country from ever playing again, what type of impact would that have on their league and economy? I'm sure Blizz has investors that want to see high numbers of players (teams in this analogy) and cutting that number in half just to prove a point would devastate their financial gain. It just wouldn't be considered responsible from an economic standpoint. I believe they're letting the teams play because they're still bringing money in - they made a killing off selling merchandise (RMAH cut) and if you eliminate the team those fans are supporting, what good are the uniforms/clothes/flags?

A bit more long winded than I wanted that to be but I really love soccer.
