Been away from d3 - need some help please

Hey guys,

ive been out of the d3 scene for a little awhile now. trying to get my bot set up again.

so i have downloaded DB. i still have my login key for DB. whenever i try to boot DB and hit login, the program freezes and crashes. I cannot get past this part.

i also tried to download giles plugins but this website said i didnt have access. wondering why this is.

any help is appreciated

Note: The release now requires, "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012" and also make sure you got 2010 installed. you can download them here:

here is a fresh log file. i suspect it is because my trinity stuff is not up to date but for some reason I cannot download from here:
