Been over 72 hrs and my account as of 11am pacific. says still locked on my acc page. I have 2 emails saying 72 hrs ban for both my account. Do I still have to wait or try and contact a gm? Any ideas?

Mhmm can't atm at work. cross fingers it's unlocked by 6pm
