battle update agent. exe could be the spyware?

I have seen that every time I boot through the launcher, the program appears in the background and that the time after starting disappears.
What I do is close it immediately every time I see it and does not interfere at first glance with the game.
I thought that perhaps this program which searches in the RAM. It could block? and how?
