Battle.net wants to make changes to your computer

Ok, I've been botting safely now and suddenly the window on screen pops out saying "Battle.net wants to make changes to this computer. Allow/Deny?". I clicked no, don't allow, and everything is smooth, bot still running, grass is still green. But I remembered that an hour or so ago some random guy whispered to me: "Bot. Reported". And now I am getting really paranoid. Is it possibly the Warden trying to make its dirty deed? Has anyone else experienced the same window during WoW runtime? If so, has it been followed by the suspension or even a permaban? Thank you.
