Battle Ground Questing?

I am new to this forum, and the program but I was curious if there was a profile or even plug-in that picks up battle ground quests, does them and then turns them in? Say for example what I am more looking for is when I am in Alterac Valley how your get the various pieces of armor and such in your bag after looting the dead bodies, I would like to be able to loot the bodies pick up the armor and such then turn the pieces in after a certain amount for honor and such. Is there such a thing?

I believe this could be done through a plugin - but as far as I know, there are currently no options to do it...
