Barbarian Sarkoth - Skills/runes

my bots runnin, so i cant check everything. but im using Frenzy, with the movement speed rune, sprint, with the 50% for 5 seconds. those are the main skills i use that make my MS 68% which makes my runs fly by. idk, hope that helps a little. what are u using?
but maily what 1234 mouse 1 and mouse 2 skills have you all set to do most damage?

Currently I am using Vladimal's Barb Spec for easy leveling
This allows me to jump into massive packs and kill them all very quick without sustaining much damage it also allows me to heal back to full once they become unstunded by way of Revenge with improved proc chance. The passive Berserker Rage is amazing in that there is no fury degeneration because there are no fury spenders in this build I hope it helps Enjoy all you BARBS!!!
